I use Easy Sync to update the inventory on my web store daily. This has saved me the hassle of manually updating each SKU number, which was our process in the past. Easy Sync also makes it incredibly easy to mass upload new SKUs.

On top of that, they have great customer service. I was having an issue syncing my inventory with the file I uploaded (I uploaded an incorrect file), and they were able to address the issue immediately.

Overall, Easy Sync is a great product I'd highly recommend as well as their 5 star customer service.

I rarely write app reviews, but team behind this app is AMAZING! I've been using this app since January and had multiple requests to help set up different feeds and they have always responded quickly and helped with all the changes!
Great customer support, clear pricing, easy interface and most importantly - does the job and saves time!

Easy Sync has saved me heaps of time. I have thousands of products across two stores and Easy Sync keeps the stock levels updated for me and it also makes loading new products into my stores a breeze. Perfect Customer Service also.

Negativity turn to Positivity

I’m in the process of opening my first online store and for the items I will be selling it request a specific type of connections between my vendor and my shop… I signed up with a company (undisclosed name) previously that should solved all of those technical issues and be in business as a 1-2-3 step of course for a fee nowadays nothing is free. However, my 3 minutes of happiness turned sours for an entire month of headache, restless, frustrations, discomfort and the list keeps on…
After so much hassle unable to contact them for support I’ve cancelled their services and I was force to shutdown my website, In the meantime I keep contacting shopify and I was able to find a technician which recommended me EASY SYNC

I’ve downloaded EASY SYNC App then I called them at their support line Mr. John pickup and I explained my issues I felt confident that they really wanted to help even though it was the holidays they help me regardless. As I requested a phone call by one of their tech (Prakash) we spent about 6 hours via video camera, remotely access finding solutions to the technical problem setup… Easy Sync have the most dedicated technical support team I’ve seen in my life…..

Prakash, was professional, very polite, calm, good listener and he showed emphatic knowing that I had enough dealing to solve this connection issues and he took completely ownership of the whole situation…

I highly recommend Easy Sync for all the service they provide because they treat you as if you are a royalty
(Like the American Express Platinum Service)…

A Brilliant app and excellent customer service especially Sam was on it to answer any queries and resolve straightway. I was looking for an app for past months to connect third party stock sync with Shopify and this app has solved the problem eventually. Thanks a lot, guys.

I definitely recommend this app if you are looking to automate products and stock sync your from different channels.

Update to my previous review- we have been using the app for several months now. So easy to setup and update. The app works flawlessly to sync my inventory spreadsheet uploads. Customer service is a 10 star, very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. This is super easy to use! I setup 4 inventory feeds from suppliers in about 10 minutes and synced just which products I currently have on my store. It finds the matching SKU, quantity titles from your store to the file upload, so very minimal effort is needed to setup a feed. I will try the upload of complete new products next, but so far this is exactly what I was looking for.

Easy Sync helped us with API integration and go above and beyond with any questions or issues we have had.

Hi, after some initial set up problems it now works great. John provided very good support. If anyone has problems with the csv files I can recommend this website I found to convert it to xlsx file and now it works perfectly.
