Highly recommended, great product, it was easy to install and use. Technical Support is the best and truly a 24/hours 6 days a week service. I had a response to my email within minutes, all my email and questions were dealt with promptly. The Support team have gone the extra mile to help meet my requirements. Great App. I use it to update prices, quantities, weights etc.
it have automated task option that allows you to update files every 6 hours by ftp,drop box, google drive, and email.
The most impressive thing is the Support by Prakash ,we had an issue with
file language that he created a tutorial video file to demonstrate exactly what we should do .
this is one of the apps with the most value per cost Im using on shopify

Very helpful and good app e-shops. I would give 6 stars for support . We had very difficult connection, John Is a real Magician !!!! Nobody cant made this connection.

I have been using this app for about 4-6 months. The first time I contacted the support team, it took them one week to reply. The second time I contacted them was last week, and I have not heard from them. I have lost sales and disappointed cutomer due to out of stocks items. I couldn't update the products.

The customer service is top-notch and very impressive. The technical support representative worked with me to set up the first feed.

This app works great at syncing distributor products to Shopify websites. However, the best part of the app is the great customer service that I received. So, even if you are technically challenged like I am, don't be afraid to try the app. The developers are patient, understanding, and will be with you every step of the way to ensure that it works properly.
