Easy Tagging has been supporting our website since it was created. It allows us to tag customers via orders which opens up member content. Reliable and well priced. We love it.
We recommend using this app.
Customer support is good.
Their response is prompt and helpful.
And this app is simple and intuitive to use.
The only thing is, the processing speed slows down considerably as the amount of customer data increases.
A required app if you are doing any kind of LTV, AOV, or other metrics analysis with tools like Lifetimely (my other fave)!
I love this app so much for tagging and adding metafields in bulk. Simple and flawless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick solution!
To see it in action, my store https://www.pawsforgiving.com.au uses it for every single product. If you aren't tech savvy you might find it a bit difficult to understand to begin with, but support will help you out.
We have a lot of items that are pre-order only, as well as a ton of different items that ship out same day. Rather than manually searching each in-stock item's SKU daily to generate the label, we now have all in-stock items associated with a single tag that is searchable. Woo!
Lightweight & easy to use - has been great for email segments. Can make rules based on almost any order- or customer-level parameter. Thank you!
Fast and magnificent support from the JUAN attendant, always willing to help in the best way, the world needs more people with that same generous heart. At first I had some difficulties with the app, but little by little we learn to use it without any difficulties, the tutorials help a lot in this regard, I recommend testing the app to adapt and get to know this excellent app better.

Great tagging automation app, it really simplified how we process orders with many different types of shipping and payment options. Definitely recommend!
Does exactly everything I need it to do! It can get a little tricky to figure out if you're wanting very specific rules (like I did) but their customer service team is excellent and gets back to you very quickly!

I was looking a long time for a good automatic tagging app for my specific problem I had. I needed special tags for subscriptions and orders and this app is diong everything perfect in the way I need it!

Amazing, From customer service to app experience, Easy Tagging is a MUST HAVE for any large store with a huge number of products. It is very intuitive and easy to use, and always gets the job done.

No decent features
e.g. There is No option to tag customers based on the blog they read or page they visited on your site....this is so very important for all of us entrepreneurs.
UPDATE: We were in conversation with the customer and tried to make the app work as he wanted. Also implemented the feature mentioned about tagging based on pages visited. However the customer never got back after a while. We hope this feature is useful for future customers anyway!

I inquired about some extra tagging feature that would really help make my store my efficient. The feature quickly became available for me to use, which helps so much!! Lastly, thanks for the great customer service and quick response times.
This app is the perfect solution to my tag heavy site. Categorizing and filtering products are much easier and possible because of this app. The app's ability to tag products based on collection, description, title and more makes this app desirable over the other smart tagging apps.
