The program is confusing, the technical support is good. In my case, the created rules do not work correctly. This is unacceptable for me. There are other applications that are simpler and work correctly according to the rules I have created.

The app seems to be able to accomplish what we need, however the dashboard isn't the most straightforward. I've contact support several times and no response for several days now, and unfort the app is double tagging somethings incorrectly. Will be deleting unless resolved soon.

I just started using the app and I love it! Plus the pricing model is the best one I found for apps like this. Super easy to use as well. The support team answers ASAP, and is very nice. Keep it going!!
This order tagging is amazing. The Shopify orders screen doesn't allow us to filter by a lot of stuff, such as orders with expedited shipping. With this order tagging, we can auto tag those orders, and then filter by our tag to bulk fulfill our expedited orders. Incredible!! And the support responds in minutes, and was super helpful, we love this app!!!

Doest not support tagging customers with a Tag from "locale" value. Not recommended for segmenting customers
