Works perfectly on the whole. Deleting a label is a little awkward if a cancellation occurs for whatever reason.
Tolle App und toller Support!!!
Wunderbare App, erleichtert die Arbeit sehr und die Einrichtung ist super einfach aufgrund der Anleitungsvideos zu allen Funktionen. Als ich ein kleines Problem hatte, wurde mir absolut schnell geholfen & mein Problem gelöst. Support ist also auch mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Ich empfehle diese App als Versand-Schnittstelle absolut weiter!
Die App spart uns sehr viel Zeit, da die Labels und Lieferscheine im Bulk erstellt werden können. Die automatisch erstellten Rechnungen erfüllen ihren Zweck, könnten für meinen Geschmack aber etwas umfangreicher in den Design-Einstellungen sein. Es fehlt jedoch nichts und alles ist korrekt.
Der Support ist erstklassig: schnell und hilfreich.
Schade, dass man die Paketabholung durch DHL nicht direkt über die App steuern kann, aber das liegt vielleicht gar nicht an der App. Trotzdem schade.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Funktion, Bedienbarkeit und Support. Tolle App, sehr nützlich!
