Die App bietet sinnvolle Funktionen, jedoch empfinde ich den Preis als zu hoch – insbesondere, da eines der zentralen Features, nämlich das Modul „Workstations (easyPrint) – Barcode-Scan und direkte Druckeransteuerung“, ausschließlich im Premium-Plus-Tarif für 99 €/Monat verfügbar ist. Im Shopify App Store wird dies nicht eindeutig dargestellt - das es noch eine Premium+ Version gibt. Diese Unklarheiten führen leicht zu Missverständnissen.
Eine transparentere Preisstruktur und klare Kommunikation der Funktionsverfügbarkeit wären daher wünschenswert.
Shopify erlaubt uns im App-Listing leider nur vier Pläne und eine begrenzte Zeichenzahl anzugeben. Eine detaillierte Erklärung zum Pricing findet ihr direkt in der App unter Einstellungen → Tarife sowie ausführlich auf unserer Website. Bei Fragen dazu könnt ihr euch jederzeit gerne bei uns melden!
Der Support ist ein absoluter Traum. Mir wurde auf meine Mail innerhalb von 2 Minuten geantwortet und nachdem das Problem nicht per Mail gelöst wurden konnte wurde es einfach vom Support via Zugriffanforderung auf meinen Shop gelöst! Zudem ist der Support auf Deutsch was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.
DON'T USE DHL!
A package to a customer arrived completely torn up. The packaging was new and the content was packed according to DHL standards. The value of the content was about 500€ and arrived irreparably broken. After sending full documentation DHL has repeatedly in unprofessional ways denied damage compensation.
The contact we had with DHL was rude with even yelling at us on the phone. We have been on this case for 3 weeks, have to use a lawyer to receive the damage compensation and are now in a court process against DHL. So far it has costed us a lot of time and lawyer costs.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach you by phone or email. Please understand that we are not DHL ourselves and therefore have no influence over the delivery process. We at 247APPS provide the app that generates shipping documents within Shopify.

Wir nutzen easyDHL in unserem Shopify-Shop und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Erstellen der Versandlabels geht schnell und unkompliziert direkt im Backend. Besonders schätzen wir die Zeitersparnis und den zuverlässigen Support, der bei Fragen immer flott hilft. Für uns ist easyDHL eine echte Erleichterung im Versandalltag.
Wirklich gute App, sehr schneller Support. Viel besser als die eigentliche DHL App. Es wäre schön, wenn es die Option "Bulk Label" als einzelnes Feature für bspw. 5€ im Monat geben würde, wenn alle weiteren Funktionalitäten nicht benötigt werden.
