today, 5/11 the app stopprd working, support team keeps ignoring help-requests for over 2 hours!!! this is frustrating, considering the overall DHL delivery service quality that is outrageously low ! I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the APP was restored, however, for online solutions transparency of support operation hours is highly important and in critical situations is really urgent. We are totally not happy with the quality of support service.
