App ist gut und funktioniert relativ reibungslos. Es meldet sich aber nach mehreren Anfragen keiner beim Kundendienst - wir haben ein Problem mit einem technischen Aspekten. Das finde ich für ein bezahltes Abo doch sehr schwach.
Update: Via Support Ticket direkt auf der 247APPS erhielt ich eine Antwort.
Doppelt so teuer geworden, für keine neuen Features. Ich wechsele. LG
EDIT: Hat sich geklärt. Preis lag am Shopify-Tarif wechsel, was fair ist. Support hat sich schnell gemeldet also top!
Wir vermuten hier liegt ein Missverständnis vor, die Preise haben sich seit 2022 (März) nicht geändert.
Super Tool und noch besserer Support (sollte man ihn überhaupt mal benötigen).
Dieter vom Support-Team konnte mir schnell und völlig unkompliziert Rede und Antwort stehen und mein Anliegen lösen.
