Der Support ist ein absoluter Traum. Mir wurde auf meine Mail innerhalb von 2 Minuten geantwortet und nachdem das Problem nicht per Mail gelöst wurden konnte wurde es einfach vom Support via Zugriffanforderung auf meinen Shop gelöst! Zudem ist der Support auf Deutsch was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.
Die App bietet sinnvolle Funktionen, jedoch empfinde ich den Preis als zu hoch – insbesondere, da eines der zentralen Features, nämlich das Modul „Workstations (easyPrint) – Barcode-Scan und direkte Druckeransteuerung“, ausschließlich im Premium-Plus-Tarif für 99 €/Monat verfügbar ist. Im Shopify App Store wird dies nicht eindeutig dargestellt - das es noch eine Premium+ Version gibt. Diese Unklarheiten führen leicht zu Missverständnissen.
Eine transparentere Preisstruktur und klare Kommunikation der Funktionsverfügbarkeit wären daher wünschenswert.
Ich habe mir das Premium Features ABo holen MÜSSEN, da der Kauf von EInzelmarken so unfassbar umständlich gemacht wird. Wenn man mehrere Bestellungen hat, dauert das alles EWIG! Daher habe ich mir vor 2 Wochen das Premium Feature geholt. Damit das ABo nicht ewig weiter läuft, vor zwei Tagen das ganze dann für den nächsten Monat wieder gekündigt. TJA die bereits bezahlten Features sind nun nicht mehr verfügbar, ich solle doch nochmal bezahlen. Glaub ihr habt den Schuss nicht mehr gehört! Nach mehrmaligen E-Mails hin und her kann mir der Geschäftsführer immer noch nicht erklären, wieso ich meine Leistung nicht erhalte, für die ich bezahlt habe. Oder mir Beweise liefern, wo genau das steht, dass ich meine Leistung verliere, wenn ich die Folgezahlung storniere. Das ist für mich Betrug. STATTDESSEN MUSS ICH MICH BEDROHT FÜHLEN.
Es ist schade, dass Du bislang nicht auf unsere Kontaktversuche reagiert hast. Wir haben mehrmals versucht, Dich telefonisch zu erreichen und Dir per E-Mail nachvollziehbar erklärt, wie es zu der Situation mit den Buchungen gekommen ist. Leider kam darauf keine Reaktion.
Die Unklarheiten resultieren aus deinem Wechsel vom Starter- in den Premium-Tarif und anschließend zurück. Diesen Verlauf haben wir Dir zur besseren Nachvollziehbarkeit mit Screenshots aus dem Shopify-Partner-Dashboard per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
Trotzdem haben wir Dir aus Kulanz den vollen Betrag erstattet.
Wir bedauern, dass es trotz unserer Bemühungen nicht zu einem konstruktiven Austausch kam. Besonders bedenklich empfinden wir jedoch, dass Du uns öffentlich als „Mafia“ und „Betrüger“ bezeichnest. Diese Aussagen sind nicht nur unbegründet, sondern auch geschäftsschädigend.
