This app is very awesome and it helps us a lot, saving time to fulfill the order. One click and done!! Thank you so much and hope it will become better and better.
This is not easy fulfillment. If you are a dropshipper looking to sync trackings, there are better out there for sure. I'm not gonna list their names because I am not competition. Just a real user. The sync process should be Order ID + Tracking. Thats it.

I want to clarify that our app does use the Order ID + Tracking number for syncing, along with the Carrier name for accurate tracking, just as you suggested.
Our support team recommended adding a Carrier column to your file with tracking numbers to resolve the import issue you encountered. Unfortunately, we haven't received any reply from you.
