Ich gebe 5 Sterne an den tollen Support durch Dieter und Stefan. Sie haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, sogar einen Videocall mit mir durchgeführt um das "unlösbare" Problem zu lösen. Ein super Support, der es einem leicht macht für Probleme Lösungen zu finden. Herzlichen Dank
Schade scheint nur für Hermeskunden mit Verträgen zu sein. Da ich meine Sendungen selbst bei einem Hermes-Shop einliefere gibt es scheinbar keine Möglichkeit diese App zu nutzen
Uns stellt sich die Frage, was dies mit der Qualität der App zu tun hat? Wir haben mehrfach versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Gerne sind wir für Rückfragen erreichbar. Beste Grüße aus Koblenz, Stefan
Es funktioniert nun alles sehr gut und stellt eine große Zeitersparnis da. Ein kleines Problem im Bereich Rechnung wurde durch den Support sofort behoben, so dass nun alles gut ist.
