This app is so easy! I have a small wholesale business (mostly retail), and this is perfect for what I need to do. I installed and set it up in five minutes.

I use the app the lock down the Wholesale section of my store. The support team was polite, professional, and amazingly responsive in making some adjustments to the appearance of my lock to better represent my branding and desired functionality. We corresponded several times during the course of a week, and they executed my vision perfectly.
I had a small issue and decided to uninstall this app and try others. I tried two other apps and quickly came back to EasyLockdown. I can't say enough good things about their customer support. They were emailing me back in the middle of the night and assured me it was no problem to fix the error. I LOVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! and it helps that their product is better than their competition! I could not be happier!

This app works great, it's easy to use, and the developer provides excellent support via email- with the expected delay- but we solved our issue overnight before business the next day (turned out to be simple operator error).

I needed this app so our customers could access private information pages. We sell a product that offers free online forms with purchase.
I love the concept, but I'm not tech savvy, in fact, I'm not tech novice! I set it up and of course it didn't work. I tried and tried and nothing.
A quick email to tech support, they jumped in and set everything up. They fixed everything and I didn't have to do anything but ask.
It was a quick fix (for them) and I was up and running in no time.
