I use the app the lock down the Wholesale section of my store. The support team was polite, professional, and amazingly responsive in making some adjustments to the appearance of my lock to better represent my branding and desired functionality. We corresponded several times during the course of a week, and they executed my vision perfectly.

I had a small issue and decided to uninstall this app and try others. I tried two other apps and quickly came back to EasyLockdown. I can't say enough good things about their customer support. They were emailing me back in the middle of the night and assured me it was no problem to fix the error.
