WORKS GREAT BUT BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
I used a paid version for more than a year and it works great - no complaints, BUT when I uninstalled it took my site down with no content displaying on any pages - it took Shopify THREE DAYS to find the problem and get my site displaying again.
Unlike most modern apps that do not rewrite your theme code, this app ADDS CUSTOM THEME CODE - uninstalling it from Shopify can take down your store.
I lost three days of sales at month-end - the period I do 80% of my sales, and had to spend 8 hours chatting with 3 different Shopify techs to get the site working again.
I have somewhat cooled off now so am not using swearwords that would more accurately describe my feelings about what this app did to my business.

We definitely never want anything like this to happen. Yes as you mentioned our app adds custom code to your theme to achieve the locks etc you've configured, so its important to disable the locks etc before uninstalling.
The app mentions this on first install, and we send out an email about this when you uninstall

Might works well but it killed speed so speed check site before and after.

App is good, but their support is not. The app wasn't working and I couldn't get support in a timely manner. I do not recommend using this app because if you have an issue, there isn't good support.
