I installed this app on a CLIENT'S website. But guess what? It "doesn't work" (their words) with the template she's using. Before you install this app? CONTACT THEM TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS WITH YOUR TEMPLATE.
Second issue? The 'chat with us, we're ALWAYS AROUND' button is not true, because it's taken me 5 days to get an actual answer from the company. I may update this review if they actually solve the problems, but for now, here we are: doesn't work with some popular, not too new templates AND very slow response time.

Thank you for your review. Our app works with literally any theme. And we're doing our best to make our app work with any theme out of the box, but for some themes it really requires a bit of manual configuration. I'm really sorry that caused some delay before you were able to use the app on your Store.

I used this app to lock one specific page that we only want our sales team to see due to prices etc... The app is very easy to integrate and the support team is great. I had a couple of minor tweaks they helped me with. They answered all my questions and are even making some coding changed to accommodate my desire to have password timeout. A couple of recommendations:
Make password time-out based on parameters like time or session closure
Make password case sensitive (not a big deal)
Allow for multiple passwords

Support helped me to implement some modification in the theme to hide collections to a group of customers. Very efficient support
We wanted to offer discounted pricing to a select group of customers and setting up a hidden collection was easily accomplished with the app.
When we upgraded to a new theme, we found it broke the app. I contacted customer support and they responded within an hour and I implemented the fix minutes later.
Definitely recommend.
