I needed to add email order form to certain products and I couldn't find right app. This was closest app I could find and still needed to modify some features. I used this app to help me add a form to fill out on each order for delivery and card messages. The form loads on all items on the website but after I emailed customer service they quickly were able to help me add the form to only certain items. Very fast turn around and great experience

Unfortunately, the buy buttons disappeared because of this app. During the deinstallation, not all of the data added by the app was removed again. unfortunately it took us a few hours to fix this again :/
leider sind die buy buttons verschwunden durch diese app. bei der deinstallation wurden die nicht alle durch die app hinzufügte daten wieder entfernt. hat uns leider ein paar stunden gekostet dies wieder zu fixen :/

Just what I needed! Maybe a little bit more customization would be nice though. Especially for emails, I would love to assign different templates, since we need to send our customer a legally valid invoice.

Thank you for your review and reply to your question: to make the pixel event work with our app, you need to connect the FB pixel to your Store and then add the required pixel code to our app. If you already have the FB Pixel code connected, you need to go to the Event Manager (https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/pixel/facebook_pixel/) and copy the FB Pixel code from there.
Once done, you need to go to the Shopify Admin → Apps → EasyOrder → Marketing and add the code to the "Facebook Pixel Code" field.

I have been using the application for 3 years, now I am happy to install it in my new store.
I studied the statistics, 57 percent of my orders were processed by Easy Order!
I contacted the support program, and they adjusted the program for my new theme
My theme conflicted with this app, but a few lines of code from Easy Order programmers - and everything is fine
Now the buyer can leave his phone, everything else will be done by the phone manager. I recommend!
This app is not adding standard shipping while checking out. i have installed this app and placed some test orders but it is not adding my standard shipping when i place order. Please fix this issue.

Thank you for your review. Please let me explain. Our app is designed to bypass complicated Shopify checkout in case you just need simplified order form and don't need to collect payments online. Our app allows to create orders even with one single email field only!
To calculate Shipping fees Shopify is using a lot of data that we should collect from the customer - complete shipping address at least. Sometimes that's even not enough - depending on how complex shipping zone rules you've created. I.e if we'll be using shipping zones you set up in your shop settings, we'll need to collect all the same data as Shopify does in their native checkout, i.e. we'll have the same long form with a lot of fields, which we were going to actually avoid with our app.
But right now we're working on the new feature that will allow you to add flat shipping rate to your form with our app. It won't be as flexible as shipping zones in Shopify native checkout, but you could set flat shipping rate and minimal order amount eligible for free shipping. New version will be released within 1-2 weeks, and our support team will let you know once that functionality will be available.

We use this app to allow for draft orders to be created using free codes that we assign, approve, and then process the orders. Customer support was quick and helpful after we updated the app and lost some of the Custom CSS we had applied to help us hide prices on our order form.
Excellent application for managing custom orders with long lead times. While sparsity of documentation remains a bit frustrating, the tech support team does outstanding, timely work to resolve problems, make minor customizations (e.g. to allow selected Collections that contain "ready made" products to be handled directly by Shopify), and to answer questions.

I'm using this app for a store meant for internal employees. With this in mind, payment info doesn't need collecting, but there's no way to avoid that step in Shopify's checkout flow without adding an app. This is an excellent workaround when you're simply needing to collect addresses, sizes, etc. The user adds an item to the cart, goes through checkout via easy order, and the order is saved as a draft. You can then export the orders to whoever is in charge of fulfillment. Lastly, the support for this app is awesome. $10 is a very fair deal.

I'm not sure you received the email we sent you, but I'd like to clarify that issue. Our app has 7 day free trial period, you had it installed for 8 days. I.e. you removed the app after the end of trial, that's why you've been charged. We're using Shopify Payments in our app, it means that we technically can't charge you after the app removal, as Shopify cancels the subscription automatically once the app is removed from the Store.
You were charged later, as Shopify adds app fees to your general Shopify invoice, so there might be significant delay between app subscription date, and actual charge. You can find more details here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps
Taking in account the app was removed just one day after the trial period ended, we've moved forward and issued you full refund, you should get it shortly.

Great app!, Very easy to add forms. and amazing support. Highly Recommend. The most important was the relational fields. Which make it easier for having dependant fields.
It helped me increase conversions so much. I wanted to customize the button in order to load even when the page wasn't fully loaded and they fixed it for me so fast. Honestly, one of the best if not the best cash on delivery apps out there. Add some upsells options and it would be insane. Thank you guys.

The form works wonderfully and I would recommend it to anybody. He and his team have helped me with my very specific requests quickly and efficiently! A most excellent app. It does what it says and it's very simple to implement. It's a bit lacking in features but it works like a charm. Would recommend!
App does not work at all. Nothing was showing up....no pop-up form or anything.....just nothing. It was as if no code was even installed, even though it said it had automatically installed when we selected that option. I don't like to deal with apps that are a initial hassle in the beginning and then have to go through the hassle of contacting support and all that. Just prefer a simple app that it is easy to install.
Don't install this. They just broke up my buy now button. So my clients can't buy anything. And they don't reply on my messages.
My only hope is shopify guru.

This app was just what we needed. It works flawlessly, making forms is really easy, and the support was amazing. We noticed that line items weren't displaying in the order form within the backend.
