EasyParcel‑ Delivery Made Easy

Honestly, I did have a few hickups af first but many was due to the mistakes I made in the initial settings. But once those were done this app helps so much! Really easy literally fulfilled all my orders in a few clicks.

The app is really buggy and backwards, there's always issues whenever I want to use it, but yet my credits are stuck with the platform. I can't even fulfill my Shopify orders through Easyparcel, the app is laggy as well. Will not recommend to even use this platform.

not the best creation by easyparcel, considering this is the new app they encourage us to change to.

1. the app's interface looks like we live in the 80s, very backward and old school.

2. the app is very buggy, not all orders showing up in the app itself. when it shows up, it shows that the order fulfills from another warehouse and not the one showing correctly in shopify.

3. the awb download is very illogical. you have to download and then they'll show a window to ask you to wait and then press again later and another window pops up to ask you to download. so backward compared to the other competitors in the market.

4. the awb gets printed multiple times and deduction occurs double or triple times. contacted support and no one bothers to reply nor assist.

do not recommend using easyparcel with shopify integration.

It works well for local shipment. But it is not working at all for international shipping.

This app should have an honest review. I have been using it for a year now and it has helped me a lot! Even though a lot of things can be improved, the main reason im using it because it integrates with my shopify orders and sync with Easyparcel. Thank you!

Hassle-free and time-saving . Shifted to EasyParcel a year ago and never looked back or elsewhere from then! We are a satisfied customer!

Its a good system that is very helpful for businesses to fulfill orders. It can be improved to perhaps work more seamless. but it has been working well for me nonetheless!

This app doesn't integrate easily with shopify, I have tried with Microsoft Edge and Chrome. The Easy Parcel team need to fix that. It's a great concept if it works, but it's a bit glitchy and hard to get working. Honest review.

The apps is terrible. Not working well in integration. Not easy to setup and hard to reach the technical team.
