This app is fundamentally incompatible with Shopify's native multilingual URL structure. It incorrectly flags standard Shopify language routes (e.g., /zh/, /ja-lv/, /es-ca/) as 404 errors and automatically generates thousands of junk redirects, which has severely corrupted my site's URL structure and SEO performance. I do not recommend this to any store owner who values their SEO health, as it creates more problems than it solves and lacks a reliable bulk-management tool to fix the mess it created itself.
The app works great. Whenever I had a question, the support team provided fast, effective, and genuinely helpful assistance. To make communication easier, they even switched to my native language during our conversation. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the developer for the explanation. Without it, I would have deleted this app. Customer service needs improvement, and the instructions are far too basic. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
