Easyreturns ist wirklich eine gute Lösung, um ein Retourenportal mit einfacher Bedienung für die Kunden bereitzustellen. Die Einstellungen sind ebenfalls leicht verständlich und schnell gemacht.
Einziger Nachteil, den ich aktuell noch habe, ist die letzte Änderung und Umstellung auf das Support-Tool, in dem man offene Fälle nicht einsehen kann, dann aber gehindert wird, bei der Erstellung eines neuen Falles. Aktuell nicht optimal gelöst, vielleicht verändert sich das ja noch.
Wir haben die App in 4 Shops installiert und bereits 2 Shops live damit geschaltet. Das Design und die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und selbsterklärend. Auf Extrawünsche wurde super schnell reagiert (z.B. Hochladen von PDF Dateien, Freischaltung vom FrankreichShop für EasyDPD). Mehr können wir sagen, wenn die Apps ein paar Monate im Gebrauch waren. Support aber 1A bisher. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

Funktioniert gut und ist vor allem leicht einzurichten. Auch der Service ist hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es lediglich beim Preis, der insbesondere für kleine Shops etwas hoch ist.
