Ich bin eigentlich zufrieden mit der App. Habe derzeit allerdings ein Problem, welches ich mit dem Support klären will, nur leider sind mir absolut die Hände gebunden. Über E-Mail kein Support möglich, Verweis auf das Support Tool. Support Tool sagt mir, es gibt einen offenen Fall, ich soll darüber schreiben und hindert damit neue Nachrichten. Nur leider sehe ich nirgends einen offenen Fall.
Also bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme, ich finde derzeit leider keinen anderen Weg der Kontaktraufnahme. Bewertung wird dann auch geändert.
Wir haben die App in 4 Shops installiert und bereits 2 Shops live damit geschaltet. Das Design und die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und selbsterklärend. Auf Extrawünsche wurde super schnell reagiert (z.B. Hochladen von PDF Dateien, Freischaltung vom FrankreichShop für EasyDPD). Mehr können wir sagen, wenn die Apps ein paar Monate im Gebrauch waren. Support aber 1A bisher. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

Funktioniert gut und ist vor allem leicht einzurichten. Auch der Service ist hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es lediglich beim Preis, der insbesondere für kleine Shops etwas hoch ist.
