Die App hat einen riesigen Mehrwert in der Automatisierung meines Shopify Stores. Vielen Dank dafür.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit easyReturns, es ist klar und verständlich aufgebaut. Alle Funktionen und Bedürfnisse werden erfüllt.
Die Info bzgl. an welcher Stelle des Retourenprozesses welcher Text abgebildet wird könnte noch ein bisschen klarer definiert werden (vielleicht auch exemplarisch dargestellt werden). Aber ansonnsten klappt alles.
Da Kunden per #XXXX Bestellnummern bestellen, wäre es vielleicht noch sinnvoll, wenn man die App so einrichet, dass falls der Kunde eine Bestellung mit der # vor der Nummer eingibt, dass Programm dies erkennt und die # automatisch löscht, so dass nur die Nummer erkannt wird und die Ware ohne Probleme trotzdem retourniert werden kann.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und die Rückmeldung zu der Bestellnummer. Das sollte eigentlich genauso sein wie du es beschrieben hast. Kannst du dich bitte über das Help-Widget bei mir melden, dann würde ich das ganz gerne im Detail besprechen. Kann ja gut sein, dass wir hier einen uns unbekannten edge-case nicht abdecken.
