Liebes Kora Mikino Team, wir möchten uns für den zähen Support entschuldigen. Es ist natürlich unser Ansporn, eine zügigen und ergebnisorientierten Support zu leisten. Diesen November kam es leider zu einem sehr hohen Arbeitsaufkommen, so dass wir diesem Anspruch nicht gerecht werden konnten. Tolle, einfache Integration in das Dashboard, funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedoch kann ich nur eine Rekla annehmen, wenn ich einen Trackingcode eingebe. Ich kann nicht einstellen, das der Kunden den Versand übernimmt. Support antwortet leider nicht mehr.
Danke für deinen Review :-) Wegen der Eingabe der Trackingnummer hatte ich dir vor 25 Tagen auf deine Mail geantwortet und zwar mit der Frage, ob diese wirklich zwingend ist. Ich behaupte, du kannst diese auch ohne Trackingnummer annehmen. Habe dir dazu gerade eine E-Mail mit Screenshot geschickt.
Das der Kunde die Versand übernimmt kannst du auch einstellen. Dazu gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten. Gerne nehme ich dazu später ein Video auf und schicke dir den Link dazu.

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Kundenservice von easyReturns. Wir hatten prozessual ein Problem und easyReturns hat 1. sehr schnell unser Problem aufgegriffen, 2. sogar das Tool programmierseitig extra angepasst, 3. unser Problem final gelöst.
Wirklich top!!
App funktioniert seit Monaten Problemlos und ist super in Shopify integriert. Kunden kommen auch sehr gut klar mit der Oberfläche. Und: Support ist schnell, effizient und hat bisher alle Bugs problemlos behoben. Danke! Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen insbesondere in Kombination mit easyDHL!
