Customize the returns portal with your corporate identity and share additional information for your customers. Wir haben dem Support geschrieben, da es scheinbar ein Problem gibt mit der DHL-Verbindung, leider bislang keine Antwort.
Bitte helft uns, das Problem zu beheben.
Gerne ändern wir die Bewertung dann, weil wir eigentlich sehr zufrieden sind.
App funktioniert nicht richtig und der Support kümmert sich hier leider nicht. Wenn man bei den vorhandenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten auswählt, dass einem Kunden einmal kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung gestellt werden soll, bekommt er trotzdem eins zugeschickt. Der Support wirkte anfangs hilfsbereit aber hat sich bzgl. dieses Bugfixes nicht mehr weiter gemeldet... Wir suchen uns eine andere App und können diese entsprechend nicht empfehlen...
Ehrlich gesagt haben wir nur eine Support-Anfrage in unserem Ticket-System und diese wurde auch erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Könnt ihr euch bitte nochmal bei uns unter support@247apps.de mit der Problembeschreibung melden. Dann lösen wir das Problem so schnell wie möglich.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Die Rückgabebedingungen lassen sich gut an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen, das Retoureportal ist für die Kunden verständlich aufgebaut und funktioniert super!
Der Support reagiert schnell auf Anfragen: wir hatten ein paar kleine Probleme (Einstellungs- oder Anwenderfehler), die immer schnell gelöst wurden.
