Die App ist sehr einfach und verständlich dargestellt und hat uns viele Prozesse bez. der Warenrücksendung vereinfacht.., der Kundensupport ist einfach top, Sie arbeiten sehr lösungsorientiert und man bekommt sofort Hilfe. Auch die hinterlegten Youtube-Videos kann ich empfehlen. Selbst für einen Laien ist der Aufbau sehr verständlich erklärt. Klare Empfehlung!!
Support hat sich dann gemeldet und es läuft wieder alles Top.
