Einfach einzurichten, optisch ansprechend und ein echter Gamechanger im Retouren-Alltag. Besonders überzeugend ist die Möglichkeit, jeden Schritt individuell anzupassen – das sorgt für maximale Flexibilität. Durch die individuelle Textgestaltung auf der Front des Portals sowie bei den Zwischenschritten der Retoure können Kunden alle relevanten Informationen noch einmal klar und verständlich mitgeteilt werden.
Ein weiteres Highlight: Das fix fertige Formular für die Retoure wird automatisch generiert und kann sauber und übersichtlich in der Buchhaltung verwendet werden. Der Kunde erhält automatisiert und blitzschnell sein Retourenticket, QR-Code, Retourenschein sowie hilfreiche Hinweise von uns, wie die Retoure optimal zu verpacken ist.
Das spart nicht nur enorm viel Zeit, sondern reduziert auch ca. 95 % aller E-Mails, die normalerweise im Zusammenhang mit Retouren entstehen.
