Sehr gute Retourenapp - tut genau das was sie soll!
Ziemlich gut, ein ausführlicheres Help Doc würde ich statt Youtube Videos bevorzugen. Auch eine mehr technische Aufschlüsselung, z.B. über verfügbare Liquid Variabeln für die E-Mails wären von Vorteil.
Was ich leider nicht gerechtfertigt finde, für 20-80$/Monat noch das Branding mit external Link unter dem Retouren-Form zu setzen...
Ich würde mich da sehr über einen quick-fix freuen.
