EasyReviews ‑ Product Reviews

Customers are reminded after a pre-selected number of days after delivery to leave us a review for their product and service. This has helped us with improving customer service and evaluating our shipping and delivery times. We also like having the option to review before posting to eliminate fake reviews and unfair reviews for shipping delays not caused by our company's policies. This helps our current and future customers have confidence in our products and service, things that help our standing in the online community that is constantly evaluated by Google, Yahoo and other search engines that now require customer reviews. We find this app adequate and efficient in all the areas we currently need with our online store.
