EasyRoutes Local Delivery

We've tried every routing app out there with no success. There are so many steps and variables for setting up the entire delivery/routing process that it made it impossible to find one that works. We had given up for months and were doing it all manually instead.

EasyRoutes has thought of every minor detail perfectly. It saves us over 4 hours per week on delivery planning, their AI is perfect at configuring optimal routes, and our drivers finish their routes over 50% faster. I've never been so happy with a software tool, it solved a HUGE pain point for us. And the support and onboarding has been top class as well.

We've tried a few routing apps over the last couple of years and Easyroutes has been by far the best. It was easy to set up and connect to our Shopify store, easy for our drivers to use and has really improved the service we give to our customers who love that they get and ETA and can track the driver live.

When ever I have used support they have responded incredible quickly. In fact it is the best support for a digital product that I have ever experienced. They have even implemented new features that I have requested.

EasyRoute's customer service goes above and beyond! The team is incredibly accommodating to every request and was always happy to troubleshoot. We've tried other delivery platforms in the past and EasyRoutes is hands-down the most intuitive, supportive and functional.

Ive tried lots of apps before settling for easyroutes. Overall it is best from what I tested and is a great app with many useful features. It is great for route planning and the notification system works great, and the support team is responsive. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10.
