It's great. There's been a bit of a learning curve as some of the buttons and placement aren't so obvious as to what the next step is. We also build our Wholesale deliveries into our Residential deliveries (and/ or some of our customers get their orders delivered to their workplace) so having an option to add delivery time frames per location (e.g. start time: 7:00 End time: 15:00) would be really helpful as there is a bit of thinking required to accommodate the whole route every week.
Es wäre schön wenn EasyRoutes auf Deutschwäre und wenn man alle Funktionen kostenlos testen könnte, so lange man nur einen Fahrer hätte, um sich wirklich von den Vorteilen 100% zu überzeugen. Ebenso wäre es schon wenn die Routenführung in der HandyApp direkt stattfinden würde und dafür nicht GoogleMaps extra geöffnet werden muss, da man leider schwehr dann wieder zur EasyRoutes App zurück kommt. Darum leider nur 4Sterne. Sonst gerne 5Sterne ;-)
Love the app. It does everything we need for a great price. However, you really NEED to offer an API. Every company doing delivery has to put a label on the item being delivered to ensure it goes to the right destination. If orders could be added, routes generated, and the route info pulled into the labeling app via API we could print the labels and packing slips grouped by the delivery driver. This would save us HOURS spent sorting things by route. The bigger we get, the more orders we have, and the longer it takes to do this. Sooner or later it's going to start interfering with our deadlines and we will have to find a different solution.

In general, we provide integrated packing slips, as well as data export for route and stop data, along with integrations with order printing apps to help you with streamlining this process. Beyond that, for many tasks our integrations with Shopify means you can usually use the Shopify API itself but we'll be in touch to understand your needs better to see how we can help and to make sure we incorporate your feedback to serve you better.

We are using the app now for almost a year. The app is very user friendly. If you do local delivery this app is a must-have. Keep up the good work! We really recommend this powerfull app!
I was surprised to find EasyRoutes so easy to incorporate into my business. I didn’t skip a beat from switching over from Google Maps to this more advanced program that gave me everything that I needed and more for myself and my customers. It’s hard to imagine a better logistics company than EasyRoutes because everything is there. It was just too easy to add it on as a Shopify plug-in.
app is very effective and cheap for small to large business' very easy to use and user friendly for drivers
Excellent app that has helped our business a lot! Routes are much better organized and the Shopify integration has worked well so far. Highly recommend!
App wouldn't run on the Android in-dash car stereo we have installed on our delivery van. We contacted support and the response was they couldn't help fix the log in error we received and to look for another app.

While we use Google’s authentication service for our mobile app which works on a wide array of mobile devices, as you note there are some devices such as your Android in-dash car stereo that unfortunately aren’t compatible. We’ve personally followed up with you over email and left a voicemail without hearing back. We are still here to try and help you the best we can.
Hopefully we can work together to try and find a solution for your Android in-dash car stereo so you can continue using EasyRoutes.

We LOVE EasyRoutes! It has been so incredibly helpful to our monthly subscription and home delivery business since we signed up. It has allowed us to easily adjust routes to changing circumstances like product shortages, bad weather, driver changes and illnesses, and more happily made it possible to incorporate a large number of new customers into our routes without going crazy. I'm not sure how we would have made it through the past 6 months without this tool. We also appreciate the responsive customer support and the ability to provide input into future development.
