Es wäre schön wenn EasyRoutes auf Deutschwäre und wenn man alle Funktionen kostenlos testen könnte, so lange man nur einen Fahrer hätte, um sich wirklich von den Vorteilen 100% zu überzeugen. Ebenso wäre es schon wenn die Routenführung in der HandyApp direkt stattfinden würde und dafür nicht GoogleMaps extra geöffnet werden muss, da man leider schwehr dann wieder zur EasyRoutes App zurück kommt. Darum leider nur 4Sterne. Sonst gerne 5Sterne ;-)

This app is amazing! It's greatly simplified order management for us in this first week of use; I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's helped us minimize errors and save time.Things like being able to activate more seats on busier days and being charged proportionally are fantastic. And the support is extraordinary.

The driver onbording process we faced issues several time. When driver sign in, they can not get the code by SMS even they re-send notification, especially android moble in Singapore, please check.

I wish all apps and companies were as great as Easy Routes. This app has been a game changer for our business. We love that they are constantly working on improvements, have affordable rates, and their team is there if we need them. When I first reached out the head guy walked us through everything. Can't say enough great things about the app and company.

Would like live updated ETAs based on live driver location - that would be huge for us. So far the app works good, had chat with CEO which is great to work with an owner that has finger on the pulse! Looking forward to more improvements!

App Crashed No IP address connection, adjusted review. Issue resolved but only after negative review. No way to contact support directly and that is really the major issue. Can understand an issue with servers but never with service.

Great app for local delivery. Takes a bit of a learning curve, but excellent once you do learn the system.

Our team has used this app for around 4 years and EasyRoutes have continuously enhanced the user experience of the app throughout the years. The team at EasyRoutes were also quick to respond to support requests and new feature requests.

I want there to be more functions within easy routes that make our drivers feel empowered to make decisions on their own, without Shopify-admin access.

- Re-optimize remaining stops when plans change
- Reorder stops on the fly
- Upload proof-of-delivery photos from the camera roll

We running a company and it cant be giving us errors the drivers cant log on to the app please sort this out
