Robust and intuitive routing app. Would be even better if it can direct to apple maps in carplay (not just google maps).

Need to manage your own delivery routing? Stop looking. I've tried a bunch. Left EasyRoutes and came back. Are there pretty GUI solutions out there? Yup. But if your goal is to get package from point a to point b whilst keeping the customer notified, with an easy to use app for your drivers then stop looking. This is the one.

Support is far and above what else is out there. Boris and the team are ridiculously quick on solutions. Having come from an app with overseas support, the level of frustration while waiting and in many times holding up getting your orders out to customers was a deal breaker for me.

Phenomenal routing app. We have been using this for 1.5 years now and have had no issues. We schedule 50-100 deliveries a day, 6 days a week, typically using 2-3 drivers and EasyRoutes has made it super easy and quick to set up routes. On quarterly sale days, we add additional drivers and have upwards of 200 deliveries per day for a week straight (1400 deliveries) and this has been a life saver. It also auto fulfills orders in shopify once the order is dropped which removes a step for our drivers. We have it set up to notify customers once a route is dispatched and when the driver is 3 stops away so customers 9especially those in apartments) can be more ready to receive the items - or let us in. Highly recommend, wouldn't even look at another app (as we have used some and they are way more cumbersome).

Since we installed the app about two months ago we had nothing but great expirience both in app use and customer support.
We use this app for assigning drivers with task be it a pick up or delivery and building routes. Our customers really appreciated the live tracking feature that makes our deliveries more convinient for them.
Also, the support team is outstanding and prompt on help. Highly recommend this app.

Ive tried lots of apps before settling for easyroutes. Overall it is best from what I tested and is a great app with many useful features. It is great for route planning and the notification system works great, and the support team is responsive. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10.
