EasyScan: SKU & Barcode

Charlie was incredibly helpful - and from across the pond! We used the time zone difference to our advantage and he really came in for the WIN as we were gearing up to print thousands of labels. EasyScan is very user friendly. I am not tech savvy and couldn't get my printer to print. I was able to hop on a 10 minute call with Charlie and he helped sort out all of the technical nuances with the printer and my computer (actually having nothing to do with the app) in a few moments. I wish all platforms were so easy to use and the level of service unbeatable.

The application works wonders! I had trouble with a particular problem and their team quickly responded and ensured the issue was resolved. Absolutely recommend since Shopify's built in system (barcodes & SKUs) isn't great.
