EasyScan: SKU & Barcode

Needed bin locations to show as we create an order since we have many walk in customers. This wasn't a feature and after a few emails with Charlie, this is now a feature. Amazing service and a great little app to help get your dispatch team organised.

This is the only legit barcode and SKU app for Shopify. I have tested them all, and this is the best. I even had a request to add an option and within 8 hours the team over at EasyScan was able to add it. This change solidified everything I love about this app. If you plan on barcoding, skip all the nonsense and just get this app. Its worth every penny and lacks the frustration. Customer support is top notch and very responsive.

I am about 1 week in using the Easy Scan App and cannot believe I did not do this sooner! I had a question and was able to schedule a quick Zoom immediately and had a resolution less than 24 hours! Great Service!

I really can’t say enough good things about this app and Charlie’s customer service, but I will certainly try! From the moment that we decided to go with EasyScan, Charlie has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all our questions and requests to review things in more detail. This took some setup for sure, and I was expecting that. Configuring something like this to any old random printer isn't easy. Charlie did it though. And that was the kicker. When I got stuck the customer service was amazing. Not just for something from the App Store, but one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I've been 30 years as a software engineer with 18 of those at Microsoft. I can say, this product is some of the best work I've seen.

This app has been a lifesaver! It easily lets you select products to add barcodes and SKU's. It's automation makes it a huge timesaver. The customer service is excellent and will setup a meeting to help you if you run into any obstacles. I don't subscribe to any other paid apps but this one is worth it. 10 out of 10 - 100% recommend!

We are just getting started on our store and have run into some unique snags as our needs and industry are unique. I spoke with one of EasyScans' Projects Managers, his name is Charlie, and even though we were not able to find a short term solution for our problems he was very attentive and cared about our small store. He asked intuitive questions to make sure he was thorough and even talked about some potential future things that could help us out, along with sharing links to some things that we may be able to use as workarounds in the short term.

Sometimes it is small improvements to your work flow that really add up to the biggest yields in efficiency. This app has solved a couple key workflow issues that would otherwise be eating up real time day to day. Additionally, we requested a custom feature - and not only did they reply within a few hours, but they created the custom feature that same day!
