EasyScan is hands down the easiest to use, most well-developed and useful tool for our store. The packing slips and pick lists add a layer of protection to our picking and packing process, and we haven't had a single mis-packed order since we started using the app last year.

We tried EasyScan as a replacement for Veeqo when switching to Shopify. Charlie has been amazing in terms of customer service. The system works and if there are issues then Charlie will jump on a call and work it through - mostly finding a shopify issue rather than an easyscan issue. They take on board suggestions for product improvement and we have been lucky enough to get the new version beta where we can log users helping us check efficiency. During our latest call Charlie advised some improvements to our site that whilst not related directly to EasyScan would really help our shopify site. Would happily recommend this app to anybody

When the system has a bug. they can fix it in a few days.
As a relatively new but growing business we found this app to be extremely useful. From Assigning SKU’s on bulk, fulfilling orders to ensure accuracy and accountability and performing those daunting inventory-checks in a quick and efficient time scale. We cannot recommend this app highly enough!
What’s even more impressive and helpful is that the EasyScan support is A* - not only are the tutorials extremely helpful but Charlie is always there to help find a solution to any problem!
This must be one of the most useful apps in the Shopify Store and we haven’t even delved into all of its features!
Easy Scan is amazing! I was having issues with shopifys barcode labels apps using the same barcodes for multiple products, so i downloaded easy scan and it has been a wonder. They even helped me customize my labels to look exactly how I wanted… AND you can skip labels while printing which makes life so much easier.

We are so happy to finally have an automated barcoding solution that works with our iMacs/Zebra ZD621 thermal printers. In the past, we used an app that required manual entry of Product Name/SKU information. Now, we can select the product and it will automatically pull in the Product Name, SKU, AND barcode, as well as set the quantity to the amount available in inventory.
We have extremely custom labels. The Easy Scan team created a new custom template within a 24-hour turnaround. Charlie went above and beyond by troubleshooting printer setup errors for over two hours with our team. It has taken our team months to reach this solution and we are so happy we found Easy Scan. We added EasyScan to use for our fulfilment process for our new store. The app was easy to follow. I want to say thank you, Charlie for always listening and answering my questions and concerns. He is very prompt in responding and despite the time differences, he gets out his ways to make sure we all understand the information and the capabilities of the app.
