Excellent App for pick and pack verification. The support is excellent for us as we are a micro social enterprise. Once the settings were adjusted the app did everything it said it would and we aren't even using it to its full potential yet ! Highly recommended.

This dev team went out of their way to add Bin locations to the app for us. These are things major companies won't do. We will never stop using EZ Scan. These guys are incredible.
Very intuitive and easy to use app with phenomenal customer service! Our store has grown significantly and needed a barcode solution to reduce packing errors, but I had no idea where to start. I heard an interview with the developer of EasyScan on a podcast and knew this was the solution we were looking for. The app makes it easy to assign barcodes/UPC/SKU's to all products, even if you've never done something like this before. I had an issue with my label printer printing the barcode labels and customer support jumped on a call to get it sorted out...even though the problem wasn't with their app. Five star app, five star customer service, and highly recommended.
We have been using EasyScan consistently for several months now and it has never given any problems. Solid and fast even with large amounts of data.
We have often asked for changes and implementations and they have always satisfied us in a very short time.
Unfortunately they have to deal with the limitations of Shopify which doesn't always have brilliant ideas regarding logistics.

EasyScan is a GREAT system. Order Fulfillment, Bin Location, and Barcoding is easy peasy. Its everything I've been looking for. And Charlie is so helpful. He is more than willing to walk you through a problem and/or create a solution for it!
I've updated my review to 5 stars. For us the app was limited in how many orders you could see in fulfillment. Easy scan reached out to let me know that they were already working on a fix. Within a week the change was made and now the app is close to perfect. We have a large inventory and send out lots of packages. This app helps my clerks make sure they are only packing what's on the invoice, via scanning each product before putting it into its shipping box. It's a checklist. When it gives a green check mark, they know its correct. On the other hand, if the product doesn't scan, then they know that barcode isn't in the system and they can make an adjustment on the spot. The only other thing that would make the app even better is when they combine adjust and check inventory into one category. This would help speed up hard inventories.
App very easy to use, contain everything you need for SKU/barcode management. On top of that, the team is very helpful, we needed specific dimensions and Charlie create a template for us in few hours. Very fast, friendly and responsive! Thanks again!

We added EasyScan: SKU and Barcode hoping to help us manage our inventory and locations to help reduce our mis-picks with orders! So far we've been able to accomplish everything we hoped we could and more! The customer service has also been exceptional. We have only had to reach out for help once so far and it was to see what the process was to add a label template. Not only was the response extremely quick (within 24 hours), but they were able to add the specific label template our team needed to the program that day! We very much appreciate EasyScan as a program so far and our team cannot wait to see what else we can do to utilize this program to its fullest!
