We use this app to ensure we pack our orders accurately. Charlie and his team were very responsive to making a few formatting changes on the packing slip to accommodate us. They responded quickly and made the adjustments right away. EasyScan is exactly what we needed!

This app works great! And customer service is quick and very helpful. I had a few requests and the developers worked quickly to make it happen. Now it works pretty seamlessly with the system I have. I used it with a $20 scanner from Amazon and it works like a charm.

I use this app to scan all of our orders that come in and to help make sure we are pulling the correct items. We mainly do local delivery and I had to use yet another app just to print a packing slip that I could put on my boxes. I reached out to them and they made adjustments to customize the packing slip and added the delivery method. They have been amazing with service and responding to the needs that make our jobs just a little bit easier.

EasyScans stopped any chance of us shipping the incorrect item(s) to our customers. It's easy to set up, use and doesn't increase the time it takes to process orders. Being able to scan and update inventory on the fly is a great addition too.

We use it to barcode our products, to pick orders and to fulfill them with complete accuracy. EasyScan is without a doubt, an essential tool for our fulfillment team and we cannot imagine using Shopify without using this app. If we could give this app more than 5 stars, we certainly would, as it is truly one of the best apps in the Shopify marketplace.
