EasyScan: SKU & Barcode

By far the biggest thing regarding this app is that the team are incredibly responsive. They were helpful and patient with us when we first started exploring the app and needed some explanations and hand holding.
Later on, we identified two "features" that we thought were missing and could help us speed up our fulfilment workflow. We email the team and explained them. Their product manager reached out to us and 2 weeks later both features were live. At no additional cost to us, besides the subscription.

We have been using EasyScan for a few months now, our experience has been nothing short of excellent. I am using just the barcode and sku-function. The app is really easy to onboard. I was having some initial minor issues and Charlie from the support team was super fast to reply and fix the issues and answer my questions. Only just started using as it seems do to everything we need with regards to Inventory control and making sure orders are sent out correctly. I had a problem with configuring the barcodes to print correctly. I was able to set up a zoom meeting the same day with Charlie, who managed to sort it very quickly - thank you!
