Amazing customer service, they went above and beyond to help customize our search section. The app itself is easy to use and exactly what we need.

This app is a great, simple option for a vehicle lookup selector on my site! I have a TON of products and fitment associated with them, and think this will be the app I use to help my customers navigate my catalog.

If you have parts shop you should considered this APP, for some reasons (1.) They care about the customers and they businesses;
(2.) The APP running very fast and with great design;
(3.) Communication with customers, they are very quickly to responses any question. I've been try 3 others Apps, they aren't even close the NEXUS EasySearch! Karina was very kind and helpful to answer all questions.

I recently reinstalled the Easy Search app and had some inquiries regarding customizing the search box. The team went above and beyond in addressing all my questions and personalized the search box to fit my needs perfectly. Their responsiveness and thoroughness in assisting me were exceptional. This app works well and is fairly easy to implement. Customer service gets 5 stars for their responsiveness, and willingness to get the widget to work exactly for your needs/shop. I would give this 5 stars overall, but I can't explain myself why the app is priced at $19 a month, for a fairly static product (I don't foresee doing much to its implementation after it's fully installed). For how I use it (I do not operate a car parts store, which seems to be most of their clientele, but rather an RV furniture fitting business, which a much lighter vehicle catalog) I feel like I could deserve a smaller tier. Also, I decided to upload my own vehicle inventory rather than used the available library that didn't work for my needs - here again, I feel like I'm paying for something I'm not using. That said, I tried a couple more options available on the App Store and this one worked best in my opinion, so I decided to take on this cost.
