A true lifesaver! Easyship has made it so easy for me to get quotes for shipping to customers overseas. One account and you're done. After the agony of navigating through the terrible UX of various big name couriers, only to find out that the price of delivery is three times as much as the cost of my product, I can't imagine going back. Setup was a breeze as well. Highly recommended!

We've been using EasyShip for a couple of months. Worldwide shipping is complicated, and they made it easy for us. Application is great for handling daily sales and fulfilling batch orders (i.e., Kickstarter campaigns). It has multiple functionalities we can't live without. To name a few:
* Seamless, one-click integration with Shopify (you can add many stores)
* Shipping at Checkout (your customer can choose a courier, and the shipping cost is accurate). It works worldwide!
* Insurance
* Shipping rules (a great tool to automate shipping scenarios for different locations or box sizes)
* Product listing * Simple import from file (excellent for batch orders - you can import any CSV file, and EasyShip support many e-commerce platforms * Customizable notification emails to customers In addition, EasyShip provides excellent customer and technical support (helps with couriers, customers, and the application). We highly recommend this application and other EasyShip services.

Worked well until it didn't. All of sudden FedEx and UPS are not available. UPS would randomly not be available at times either. You have to deposit money into your account, we're trying to figure out how to get our remaining balance back, will update the review as needed.

If I could give less than 1-star I would...Horrible experience...and even AFTER A MONTH OF BACK AND FORTH E-MAILS the problem is not resolved!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...hot mess sums up my experience with this app/company

App is so/so, but the customer service from this provider is terrible. They will lose your parcels, and not honour the insurance claims even after they have admitted fault

Easyship has helped our store ship all around the world. Our company sells "the world's smallest & smartest garden" so we needed a software solution that could quickly ship our orders out. Great software and no monthly cost makes it more appealing than options like Shipstation.

It saved me time, at least 30 mins each day. Bye bye "cut & paste", Hello automated courier bookings and shipping labels. Notice some cost savings in the rates that is offered for the local Singapore deliveries too.
