Love this app! Sales has gone up since customers have the choice of selecting their carrier options. I was able to sync my orders for automatic shipping fulfillment seamlessly too.
Easy to use app and good shipping rates for small businesses!
my products dimensions and weight vary a lot, it was really a headache for me to estimate the shipping costs to my customers at first, but with easyship, everything becomes so easy!
and what makes this apps really outstanding is the CS, Rick is the one helping me instantly all the time... weekdays and .... sometimes weekends ;) thank you so much!
and i really appreciate the team at the back for adding more features, eg, the analysis page on dashboad - they are what i need!
you guys deserve my 5 stars rating!

Gesselle and her team have been a great help and a real delight in assisting me on tracking down my DHL E-commerce parcel that would have otherwise been lost and I'm extremely grateful for that. Thank you to Ryan for trying his best to reply to my feedback as well! Easyship support has been terrific although replies can be a little slow so be patient with them! (:
Lately I've been tempted to explore new shipping options but when I do, I have always found myself coming right back to Easyship. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal and I will continue to use them as my main means of sending out my products.

The Easyship app and the company really make it easy to sync our orders with our 3PL provider and prepare shipments with our support team. It saves our team a lot of time with fulfilling orders and automatically calculates shipping rates for our customers during checkout. Our new account manager Melody has done a great job of proactively reaching out, checking in and helping solve outstanding issues. Where she could not solve, she would involve the right people on her team to look into the issue. We have had a great experience with Melody and Easyship team!
As with all new apps there are some hiccups here and there, but generally speaking, EasyShip has managed to save my business a lot of precious time and money. The support team is responsive and will work with you extensively to get you setup.

Easyship is quite a good platform as we can ship to plenty of countries worldwide without worrying about no shipping solution to destination country. Customer support has some major improvement over the years in terms of response speed. The only things that need to work on is that there aren't sufficient courier to handle shipment contained battery.
Easyship is a great addition to our shipping solutions. We receive timely responses, and their team is a pleasure to work with. Their dashboard is straight forward, useful and it gives you access to automations, configurations, and metric analysis. All very helpful tools to have on the back-end of an e commerce site. Truly recommend!
