This app is completely broken. I upgraded my subscription to invite a team member, and their invite system does not work at all. It fails every time, with obvious console errors any developer can spot. I reported it immediately, provided everything they needed, and still got nothing but delays and excuses. After repeatedly asking for a refund, they flat-out refused, claiming they weren’t capable of issuing one, even though they admitted the issue exists. Just think about that. They are charging users for broken features and refusing to take responsibility. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I’m here to warn you: avoid this app at all costs.

Paid for the premium subscription to add multiple couriers. They failed to integrate the additional couriers correctly, which meant labels couldn't be generated. Spoke to customer service over 4 weeks, who failed to check the integration and resolve the issue. The result, paying £80 a month for a shipping label provider than can't provide labels. Poor.

The features are good, but when something goes wrong, and it will, you won't get any support that will actually solve an issue. They'll give you platitudes of "your ticket is a high priority" and not do anything. We had to manually print labels for a week (and counting). They'll say its fixed, I'll go back in and the problem reappears. Look at one of their many other competitors if you want a long term solution.

I like the platform - but very frustrating dealing with them.
Buyer beware - save yourself some and explore other options as well.
Service is a frustrating process, especially that the service is located in India, seems to cause issues with time zones when we needed support, as emails or chats are not responded to until sometime later. When you do get support, it is nothing more than an email linking to a generic article or a video - which does not cover the issue or resolve your problem.
UPS Billing is an issue, now rates increased, or not available as before, plus additional booking and pick-up fees, which do not show up until you have to ship, which was a nasty surprise.
The onboarding team and support team also not on the same page, when onboarding and sale is made, some functions work, then afterward when this does not, support would say that this function never existed or API problems...
Can be a great product, just hope they sort this out. Time will tell but shop around.

Terrible and scandalous. They will charge you far more than quoted, bring you some charges from weeks ago, topping up the charges you already paid. They will charge your card without telling you.
Watch out for hundreds of pounds charges put on your card.
Always blaming the couriers for their additional charges due to weight checks etc.
The app works fine but their practices are scandalous.

I worked late last night until about 12 am and signed up for a trial account with them before going to sleep. During registration, I filled in my details, including our business address in Australia and my mobile number. Their team called just a few minutes after I signed up around midnight, which made my dog bark loudly and woke up my baby, who cried for hours. It was ridiculous since they didn’t even check the time zone before calling.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and our team have been notified of this and ensure it won't happen again. If there's anything else we can assist you with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Your pricing model is insane. $70 for multi box shipment, and you STILL charge per label for bring my own carrier? The integration still failed as well.
I tried to close my account that was created 30 minutes ago and got a message about "outstanding balance". I never shipped anything, just started the "free trial", what balance??

UPDATE : 1 star cause 0 isn't an option
I've spent over €2000 on this platform in the last two weeks, only to be met with shockingly poor service. The shipping company completely messed up my address, and instead of taking responsibility, they claimed they "tried" to contact me—when in reality, no such attempt was made.
When I reached out for help, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. My claim was not taken seriously, and it seems that they are more interested in deflecting blame than resolving issues.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better from a platform of this caliber. Until they improve their customer service and accountability, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I have been using the app for over a year now. At first I left a 5 star review but I deleted it. The prices suddendly increased (apparently they made a mistake when caculating them). Customer support declined. I've had an issue for a year now and still not able to help me with it. Always the same questions that lead to nowhere and particularly to no refund.
It's a good app, still recommend, but I will change the minute I find better for sure.

As a user experience there is many way this can be improved such as the user experience and the billing layout.
The charges are way high which makes us rather find our own courier than keep creating shipping labels here, especially there is so many hidden charges that keep occurring makes us do not want to keep using Easyship and may opt to use a different platform.
Customer service is very bad which most of the time that can't solve any enquire and they say they get back to you which they don't which can be disappointed as i have to go back on the live chat to chase for an answer and also you should implement as call centre too rather just and online CS which doesn't help much.
Overall experience is bad and not ideal as many improvement is needed in many areas.

Used to be good, now not so much. make you pay to print labels on thermal printer. what a joke. do not recommend. theres better apps out there that dont require payment to use thermal printer.
