We transitioned to Easyship from Shipstation and it's made shipping so much easier for our warehouse staff. The setup was very simple and interface is very easy to navigate.
The one problem we had was you had to create a shipping rule literally for every thing whereas Easyship natively handles most of the heavy lifting for you with it's rate shopping to easily help find the cheapest shipping option as well as the ideal package size (previously in Shipstation we had to create 10+ shipping rules to get this to run anywhere close to Easyship's automation).
We also thoroughly enjoy having the live chat customer service if there's any challenges along the way as well as our customer service manager, Conor, has been invaluable in helping us overcome a couple small challenges in the set up process. Conor was extremely quick to reply with any of our email inquiries and helped us bring a resolution quickly from the Easyship team.
We give them 5 stars all the way for living up to their name, Easyship, as it's saved so many headaches for our shipping team to get our shipments out quickly and easily.

Great app for easy shipping solutions. I have had no customer complaints about shipping time and every customer has received their product on time so far. Highly suggest downloading it!

I was worried about my first overseas shipment but the process was smooth. They picked up my box in its brand packaging & put it inside a mailer bag. My customer told me that the box was in good condition when she received it & it arrived on time.

We recently started using EasyShip and the transparency it provides to our customers. Our products also have a unique dimension and weight and EasyShip was able to give us better rates than what we were getting when working directly with the shipping carriers.
Great freight solutions app, for small businesses. Am a small business, in Australia and this easyship platform helps me save money sending parcels within australia and newzealand.
Shipping rates are great with their partnered couriers. One thing to consider is that you need to pick and choose the courier you use, Some couriers are more reliable than the rest but the easyship platform is easy to use after some playing around. to start off, i would recommend showing a higher delivery time to trial the faster couriers to avoid disappointment
Support is decently quick and they try to answer your questions as soon as possible. David Um from Melbourne is highly accountable and is very hospitable in terms of providing support.
Only issue is that their "cutoff" time for some couriers for next day pick up happens earlier than midnight, meaning an order placed at 4pm wont be picked up the next day, but rather the day after. With the cheap shipping options, i can work around this.
Been a great experience so far, been using this app for months and will continue to do so. 5/5
Easy Ship app helps to reduce our adminstrative workload by integrating with Shopify and provide update to the order once book. Great customer service too.
