Great experience solving an edge case with Emily and the tech support team. They went above and beyond to figure out what was my problem and solving it within a day. Having been using easyship for almost a year now and really loving the platform and service.
Daniel was great! I accidentally disconnected us when I refreshed the page. Thank you for your help Daniel. Easy Ship support is always so great!
The platform is simple and easy to use. And the rates are better than any other option I've found online - and I did A LOT of research. Extremely beneficial for Australian business with needs to ship to and from the US.
Easy to use and support service is very good.
Signed up and had issues connecting Aus Post ParcelSend, was advised that they do not support eParcel / ParcelSend, only MyPost Business.
They refuse to cancel the first month subscription fee quoting "policy", so I'm being charged $150 even though they are unable to provide the service needed.
Businesses that are willing to spend $150/month on this app are likely above band 5 and most likely on eParcel, not MyPost Business.
Pretty unethical imo
Shipping with Easyship is hassle free. have been using Easyship for years.

Your pricing model is insane. $70 for multi box shipment, and you STILL charge per label for bring my own carrier? The integration still failed as well.
I tried to close my account that was created 30 minutes ago and got a message about "outstanding balance". I never shipped anything, just started the "free trial", what balance??

Have been using easyship for years. It is really straight forward and fuss free. However there are multiple frustrating moments where the orders are not synced with the platform no matter how many times i refresh the sync.

Very happy with Easyship. Brilliant company to use for anyone shipping International parcels (or within the UK).
Fab customer service and very easy to set up on the website. Customers can select a preferred shipping method, with or without taxes/duties etc.
Always quick and responsive to any contact. Can't fault Easyship in any way.
