CreativityBox.org is a public-benefit corporation making tech ed accessible to children of all ages. Our flagship product, www.LearnWithMochi.com Robotics Kits with books is shipped globally.  Previously we worked with several small local shipping providers in China and have seen a lot of problematic shipments and delays in deliveries. At this point, we decided to try out Easyship. It proved to be a reliable platform, the system is very user-friendly and it's quite easy to use. You have full control of creating and managing the shipments. If any problems arise with the labels, you can see error messages instantly in your dedicated dashboard. The support staff has been very responsive, friendly, helpful. They are a charm to work with. Highly recommended.

Finally an App that integrates easily but also gives small to medium sizes business competitive rates on all the major shipping customers. Support level is fantastic, this is an absolute must have app!

Prior to embarking on Shopify our team was handling all the shipment ourselves. We need to compare rates and contact each courier individually. With Easyship it is a one stop solution where we can compare rates across different fulfillment providers. Now the team can focus on selling.

We've been using Easyship since we first launched. Working with Eric made the integration process pretty easy and he was great in helping iron out a lot of the silly mistakes I made in the early days (and even had some recommendations on shipping settings and services that were personalized to our situation). In the years that have followed, Easyship has proven to be a super simple and functional addition to our store, which lets us tell people that we ship anywhere that receives mail. The only downside with Easyship is that customer service can be slow at times and seems to be email only, which can add a day or two to responses.

I love EasyShip! I was new to selling online and when my orders started coming from people all over the world, it was easy for me to get a little overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. So I decided to look through different shipping apps and this is when I came across EasyShip. Just like the name, it's Easy! I was able to easily sync my orders and choose the carrier with the lowest rates to fulfill my orders. Thanks so much Easyship for your great customer service and answering all my questions every step of the way.
