This application is a must have, if you have plenty of shipment.
It save the trouble of fulfillment, inserting tracking code and Notifying the customer!
Dimensions of the product for packing could definitely be improve though.
But with time this application will really benefit any company!
AVOID £200 additional billing in just one month and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, even on the HIGHER SUBSCRIPTION IM PAYING FOR. Infuriating customer support, i pay to have phone support and have emailed, called and nothing for a month! I managed to speak to someone today, they could not wait to get me off the phone, they said they would call me back in a few minutes, nothing and now i cant get through on that number. A month to get set up, various bills over £200 no explanation. Truly terrible experience, STILL waiting!!!,,,,,,..............

We've been shipping up to 400 orders a day and have really enjoyed the app. It takes a bit of work to understand but the UX is still great. Freight is just a complicated game and they have made it as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Easyship was super quick and easy to setup. It allowed us access to many large freight companies without a minimum spend. Also their software syncs with Shopify so no retyping of customer details saving hours during dispatch. Our customers love it because they get accurate shipping estimates during checkout and it even tells them the estimated duty/taxes and speed of delivery, providing them choices based on their needs. 5 Star!
We started using this app and it seemed great interface wise. The canadian courier prices were pretty high so it wasnt giving us the lowest rates, shopify shipping was still cheaper even though it states we get discounted rates. I've been trying to add our custom Canada post courier account, and its been like pulling teeth, the support team keeps giving me the run around.. and literally in the middle of a live chat session the support person said they had to run to a meeting and ended the chat.. so unprofessional.. what a waste. The platform is good but that is easily the worst support Ive come across and I have seen some bad ones.

If I could give more, they'll get more...to make up for these 1-star toxic reviews. Be reasonable people. The setup can take some time as with many TP services/plugins, but the team at Easyship are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you if you're nice and easy to deal with too. I'd recommend setting up a demo phone call, keep a good relationship (as you should with business), and you'll have a seamless experience. They offer some serious analytical tools for an extra, But the basic free package is good enough. Good courier pricing as well. Personally, I've dealt with much third-party software, and the two account managers, Michelle and Shivanjali were top-notch. 10 out of 10. Definitely ask for their help if you're based in the States or APAC. Cheers guys, keep up the good work. Look forward to any new features. -Cal

Cette application est très bonne! Les clients peuvent voir l'estimation des frais douaniers au passage à la caisse, ce qui les informent adéquatement des frais. De plus, ce qui est vraiment bien, c'est qu'ils peuvent payer ces frais directement avec l'achat du produit en choisissant certains transporteurs comme DHL. De plus, on peut acheter des étiquettes d'expédition pour des ventes d'autres plateformes de ventes, comme Etsy, Amazon, eBay, ce qui est très pratique. Très Très bon service client.
