The Easyship app and the company really make it easy to sync our orders with our 3PL provider and prepare shipments with our support team. It saves our team a lot of time with fulfilling orders and automatically calculates shipping rates for our customers during checkout. Our new account manager Melody has done a great job of proactively reaching out, checking in and helping solve outstanding issues. Where she could not solve, she would involve the right people on her team to look into the issue. We have had a great experience with Melody and Easyship team!
As with all new apps there are some hiccups here and there, but generally speaking, EasyShip has managed to save my business a lot of precious time and money. The support team is responsive and will work with you extensively to get you setup.

Easyship is quite a good platform as we can ship to plenty of countries worldwide without worrying about no shipping solution to destination country. Customer support has some major improvement over the years in terms of response speed. The only things that need to work on is that there aren't sufficient courier to handle shipment contained battery.
Easyship is a great addition to our shipping solutions. We receive timely responses, and their team is a pleasure to work with. Their dashboard is straight forward, useful and it gives you access to automations, configurations, and metric analysis. All very helpful tools to have on the back-end of an e commerce site. Truly recommend!
Have been an Easyship user since the start. And we can say that they have improved tons and are glad to be witnessing this growth and improvement on their part. Customer support is great despite current supply chain issues.
Very useful and helpful for our growing business. We started using them for simple logistics and they have been very helpful from onboarding us to their third party warehousing partners, to providing solutions for us now that the fulfillment has been expanded inhouse.. The team has been attentive to our needs and when things go wrong, they are quick to step in and address.
**Edit** It was a rocky start but Jess from Easyship called and immediately jumped to help us with anything we needed to get going. She was patient and knowledgable. We look forward to using the Easyship system!
I spent an entire 9 hour day trying to set this app up. Never succeeded. No real support except for them to send you links for you to read their info which only gives you more questions. No thank you! I will return to Go Shippo
BalmBeBee operates from home and Easyship has made shipping much more easier to manage. We only need one platform to manage all our shipping, and the great thing is, customers are able to choose their preferred shipping company which offers competitive pricing. We are also able to connect our Shopify store to Easyship’s app which makes fulfillment much more easier. No need to print unnecessary shipping labels as Easyship has them prepared for you. Efficient and easy to use, will definitely recommend Easyship to all entrepreneurs looking for flexibility, efficiency and great service! Thumbs up!
Easyship is a great app to automate your fulfillment process. Their support (esp from Eric) has been great. Last but not least, they shipping rates are great! Highly recommended!
