We have not seen more UPS multi-package overcharges so they may have corrected the problem with USP. All great with Easyship. This app is very helpful to us. Customer service is so far the best we encountered. They find time to call and inform us that our ticket has been resolved. Keep up the great work!

A functional and handy app to have on your site to solve your delivery needs, might just require some fine tuning on the backend regarding the ease of usage. Overall still a great app, plus as it is free of charge there really isnt much more to complain about!
