We had been using another developer's paid product for over a year, and it seemed to only trend worse over time. Very intuitive easy to use interface and great support team when you need them. I had an issue with notifications for pickups and Neha Roy from the support team went out of her way to find me the resolution! The onboarding call last week was very helpful as well. I tried Shipstation and Veeqo as well but easyship beats them handsdown with their customer centric approach
