We have been using Easyship for over a year and it has made international shipping a breeze, as well as significantly reducing shipping costs. Thank you Easyship!
It is very convenience to let our customers choose delivery method. It makes our customers to know more about the time and cost needed.

Gesselle and her team have been a great help and a real delight in assisting me on tracking down my DHL E-commerce parcel that would have otherwise been lost and I'm extremely grateful for that. Thank you to Ryan for trying his best to reply to my feedback as well! Easyship support has been terrific although replies can be a little slow so be patient with them! (:
While the app isn't without it's issues, it has been very good for us. It has all the features we need plus some since we ship so many varying sized products. Their customer support has always been solid as well. All in all, very little complain about especially considering how necessary this app has been for our business.

We've been using Easyship since we first launched. Working with Eric made the integration process pretty easy and he was great in helping iron out a lot of the silly mistakes I made in the early days (and even had some recommendations on shipping settings and services that were personalized to our situation). In the years that have followed, Easyship has proven to be a super simple and functional addition to our store, which lets us tell people that we ship anywhere that receives mail. The only downside with Easyship is that customer service can be slow at times and seems to be email only, which can add a day or two to responses.
We have used EasyShip to scale our international shipping from one location in Australia to now running shipping out of Australia, EU and US. While there are always hiccups, the great customer support has meant if we run into trouble problems get solved quickly. We had no e-commerce experience when we started out and feel grateful we had a partner in Easyship that had the patience to help us scale up.
Very easy to install and use. Nice UI design of the platform, dedicated support team. If you ship yourself, you can buy and print labels. There are also a number of partner 3PLs that they integrate directly with, including GEODIS in Hong Kong.
