We have been using their international shipment for 3 months. Overall, the experience is positive. Our initial shipments were for our Indiegogo campaign. They worked with us to use batch shipment to save cost. After that, we are using their regular service for our daily orders. Their UI interface gives you a clear view of shipping cost and duty tax for each available shipping option. Although there are some glitches with the app, they will work with you to fix them quickly. They don't own warehouse, so, all the pick and pack work you will work directly with the 3rd party warehouse that they recommend. Although initially, we were worried about communication issues between 3 parties, it turns out to be a none-issue. We are very happy with the warehouse they recommended. Suggestion for improvement to them is the post-shipment support. You will be getting typical scripted answers many times. But that make you frustrated especially for orders that are stuck or missing. If Easyship wants to be differentiated from their competitors, establishing an effective communication channel with the couriers that they provide can be a game changer. Because that will allow them to provide more info to the clients when a shipment is running into issues during shipment. By the way, have a good relationship with your account manager is important. They have been very helpful in every occasion.

I'm writing this review based on one unique feature of EasyShip.

I ship large but light product boxes. If a customer orders two, they need to ship separately or my shipping costs extend into balloon pricing. All of the other shipping apps seem to think that my light items fit into a single box, and charge accordingly. I could get stuck with big losses on my shipping costs.

Easyship is the only app that allows me to enter the dimensions of my boxes. I'm still figuring it all out, but at least I'm not getting stuck with shipping overages.

Very good customer support and linkage to the store. Makes things much easier from a fulfillment perspective. Links well with the specific 3PL we are using.

We were looking for an app to handle our international shipments and to offer our domestic customers additional shipping options besides USPS. This app is just what we wanted! The support staff is outstanding, they added some shipping options that we needed and we can now offer Fed Ex, UPS, DHL at competitive rates.
It does take a little set the system up (you need to add dimensions of each of your products and sku numbers) but once you have done that you are set to ship.
BEST PART! You can easily get an instant quote for any potential shipments , international or domestic!

Easyship is Awesome! I am glad I came across this app for my shipping needs. I am not only able to sync my Shopify store, but my Etsy store as well! I like how I can see all my orders in one place. Especially, when it's tough selling from different marketplaces and keeping up with your orders. The rates are great both internationally and domestically and beats making monthly payments to different couriers. My favorite thing about this app is being able to upload my products and having them automate every time I get an order. I feel like this feature will save me a ton of time. I did notice the calculated rates feature and I do wish to use that in the future and allow my customers to choose their own shipping. All-in-all it's definitely worth it, plus its FREE and FREE IS FOR ME!
