The app is great. It perfectly syncs our inventory with the bundles built through the app. It's easy to use and setup and the customer service is also fast. All in all - great experience. Thank you guys!

I requested a search bar to be implemented to the bundles listings, for larger stores with more bundle syncs set up, this was a must. Within a week or so, the added this in - it works and looks great. The support is very fast, and the app is very intuitive. Thank you guys!

It worked great for the first few months but stopped working steadily. It syncs one day and does not sync the other day. We requested help and followed up on the request but couldn't receive any help. Since it was causing serious issues with orders, we had to switch to another app.

Using this App I am able to easily combine products for a bundle purchase. Fast and Efficient! Customer Service responds quickly to questions and requests.

I sadly just uninstalled this app. It doesn't work with multiple locations and arbitrarily adjusts inventory from one location when multipacks are sold from a different location. The developer tried to fix it but it never ultimately worked, and I'll be looking for another one. :-( Perhaps if you have only one location it will work for you as an affordable option with a generally responsive developer.

[Earlier review while bug fixes were attmpted] EasySync is just what I was looking for. It's straightforward to set up, is only $6/month for a small store (compared to $10-15/month for complicated alternatives), and the developer George is *extremely* involved with communication, fixes, new features, etc. When I first installed the app a month ago, it wouldn't handle multiple locations. George sprung into action to develop a multi-location feature that now works well! After playing with the updated app (which I do now rely on), I've noticed a few quirky bugs that happen when you try to manually update inventory: make sure you ONLY update the inventory for the SKUs with the single item, NOT the inventory for the SKUs with the multipacks. But other than this, things seem to work well. Assuming all continues to work well, I'll come back later to update this to a 5* review.

I tried to use this app to keep singles, 3-packs, and 7-packs (all separate SKUs) aligned, but after initial setup (where it worked properly), it didn't do any updating at all. I reached out to the developer who was nice but indicated he didn't know why it wasn't working, but that it might be because I have two locations. Guess I'll have to find a different app.]

It started working OK, but nowew run the inventory and there are hughes differences for the products in bundles, send a request for support, im waiting for it. About a month ago the app appeared with a message that was not compatible with shopify and may have problems, that message is now gone but perhaps there where problems in those days with the inventory tracking, dind't receive any information from the app team.

After more than a month no aswer from the developer, we have submitted 3 tickets already. We area already triying other apps to switch,

This app has made it much easy to manage products sold in multiple pack quantities to ensure a base quantity is always up to date, and for products that are assembled from other items. It makes our life much much easier, and makes keeping our inventory levels much less time-consuming. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5-star is that there is no way to relate products by ratios, only by direct multipliers. For example, if an item is either sold in packs of 12 or 50, we have to create a single item product and link both to that one, instead of just putting in that the 12-pack is 12 units and the 50-pack is 50 units of the same product. Otherwise, this app is wonderful and I strongly recommend it.

It's OK at the moment. Support is slow. And there seems to be some discrepancies with my products, I'm getting error messages saying that inventory tracking isn't turned on for the variant - it is. Can't seem to work this out. Interface a bit sluggish.
